Eating good, healthy foods can help you be a better you!  Feed your body - feed your mind! 

get out and play

Did you  know playing is exercise? Run around, ride a bike, play tag, climb on the playground!  Move!!!

get enough sleep

Do you  know that the average person should get 8 hours of sleep?  Sleep is how your body recharges.  Forget the toys and the screens and climb in bed!

Our bodies are 60% water and need to be hydrated every day - kids need between 5 and 10 glasses of water every day depending on their age!

Whether it is video games, you tube, tv or movies - too much screen time isn't good for our minds, our eyes or our bodies!  Turn off and show up!
